Refund and Return Policy Overview

 

 

i-We reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel participation in any of The Feminine Light Programs.

If i-We refuses new or renewing participation and purchases, participants will be offered a refund.

All refund requests must be made by the participant or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the participant and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all i-We and The Feminine Light Programs unless otherwise noted below.  Please read the whole Policy below.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of  i-We for The Feminine Light Journey Passages.

By purchasing a Passage from The Feminine Light Journey Program, you have taken the first step to realize your potential Enlightenment as a woman with an eagerness to lead through your self-knowledge. This active stance confirms the effectiveness of your life and contributes to meaningful, healthy relationship.

Transformation does take time. As women, we understand this well. It is now our time! This new experience of stepping into our Enlightenment may feel uncomfortable at first though like learning any new activity, it may require patience and fortitude.

Just like for Frances E Willard, the first President of The National Council of Women, who, in 1892, took up bicycling in her 50s. She reported that it took her about three months of serious practice to feel comfortable. “At 53, I was at more disadvantage than most people, for not only had I the impedimenta that results from the unnatural style of dress, but I also suffered from the sedentary habits of a lifetime,” Willard wrote.

She continues…”And then that small world of those who loved me best… did not encourage me, but thought I should ‘break my bones’ and ‘spoil my future.’ ” No so, Willard said. “I learned to bicycle when 50… and I think it is one of the best things I ever did,” Willard wrote. “What pleases me is to see other worn-out women take it up, and find a new lease of health and life thereby. The little book I wrote on the subject has reached thousands of women who, perhaps, might not otherwise have looked with favor on the innovation.”

That little book, A Wheel Within a Wheel: How I Learned to Ride the Bicycle, With Some Reflections by the Way was published in 1895 and, as our gift to you, you can find it here in the Complimentary Gifts tab under Resources to read or download.  

The time it takes for transformation is a unique experience for individuals, however to see if the Program is right for you, i-We offers a complimentary week (7 days from purchase) for those who purchased the Passage in the Adagio (12 week tempo) and a complimentary 4 days for a purchase in the Vivace (6 week tempo).

If for any reason you are not fully engaged or benefitting from our Self-Paced Program, you may request a full refund. However, you must apply for a refund within 30 days from purchase.

To apply for this refund, please complete and submit through The Feminine Light Journey Passage, all surveys and practical applications for each week you are in the Program for a total review of participation.

If participation is deemed “perfunctory”, meaning the above requirements were not met, a service fee of $500.00 for the 12 week Adagio tempo course will be charged.

If all requirements have been satisfactorily met, then a full refund will be provided.

There are no refunds for the Vivace 6 week tempo Program.

After 30 days from purchase, the refund window closes.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of i-We for The Feminine Light Leadership Program and All Membership Sign-up Programs and Packages.

Memberships

Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable and are charged automatically on each renewal date (i.e. monthly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time during the month. Upon cancellation, your Membership will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation are not refundable. Additional Notes Regarding Membership Fees

i-We Monthly Memberships automatically renew each month, at which time your original payment method will be charged the ongoing payment fee. Monthly charges are billed on the same day you originally purchased and may take a few days after the billing date to appear on your account. Please cancel or make payment changes at least five business days prior to your next billing date to ensure your account is not charged for another billing cycle.

Bundles

From time to time, i-We may bundle Memberships and Courses at a discount. A Refund Policy will be implemented at that time and will be available here.

The Feminine Light Appointment Guidance services are 100% non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, you can simply click on the link in your appointment confirmation email titled “Need to reschedule or cancel?” and choose “Cancel” then “Submit”.

Please note:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be subject to the same Cancellation Policy above.
  • Punctuality is key, so if you are running behind time, please be advised that the Guidance Hour starts and ends on time, regardless of the actual time the client starts the appointment.

The Feminine Light Event Guidance services are considered Third Party Partners

 We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of Online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Jewelry and Sunglasses under $25 are returnable but not exchangeable.

Hats are not returnable nor refundable.

Toiletries, including perfume, body products and hair products can be returned by mail however, any item must be unopened and in sellable condition.  Should you choose to return a product within 30 days of purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price to the credit card used for the purchase. There are no cash refunds. After 30 days from purchase, merchandise may not be returned or exchanged and there are no refunds.

 

All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt.
